Eligibility requirements:

	Both parents must be Texas residents
	Both parents must be under the age of 45
	Couples must be married at least two years
	No more than one child can be residing in the home
	Inability or inadvisability to have a child biologically must be verifiable
	Free of communicable diseases

Parents adopting through this program are expected to pay the full cost of adopting.  Fees are assessed on a sliding fee scale, based on income.
