Annual event raises funds
in support of
LSS adult day centers

EL PASO, Texas - Celebre La Buena Vida, the annual fund-raiser for LSS adult day centers, raised $20,000 this year! The celebration, attended by 225 supporters of the program, included live music, a light buffet supper and cocktails.

One of the highlights of the event was the silent auction of "houses" painted and donated by more than 60 El Paso artists. Among them were Bob Adams, Corinne Abeyta Spinnler, Candy Mayer, Sally Avant and Lisa Matta.

The live auction included airline tickets and an exciting weekend getaway.

Since 1975, the Buena Vida Adult Day Centers have provided quality care to El Paso's low-income elderly and disabled residents, providing them nutritious meals, exercise, social activities, field trips, health monitoring, medicine administration and health education.
