AVP for human resources
joins Lutheran Social Services

AUSTIN
- Tracy McHaney has joined
Lutheran Social Services as assistant vice president
for human resources. McHaney brings more than 20 years
of HR experience to the agency.
"I hope to further enhance the human resources
department at LSS by providing premiere service to
all of the facilities and employees," McHaney
said. "I am impressed with the diversity here
and am very proud to become a member of the LSS team."
McHaney most recently worked as director of human
resources for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center
in Abilene, where she was responsible for the management
of the HR department for the non-profit rehabilitation
centers in Abilene, San Angelo and Ozona, Texas.
McHaney received her bachelor's of business from Indiana
Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind.

in America. LSS affiliated ministries serve more than
35,000 people in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Mississippi

care, retirement communities and adult day care.
