LSS Foster Care Services:
 Basic
Parents provide care for children with minimal emotional, behavioral and/or medical needs.
Therapeutic
Parents care for children with emotional and/or behavioral problems.
Habilitative
Parents care for children with mental retardation, physical disabilities and other developmental delays.
Primary Medical Needs
Parents care for children with severe medical conditions and terminal illnesses.
Transitional Foster Care
This program provides transitional foster care for up to 36 unaccompanied minors who are placed directly through the Office of Refugee Resettlement/Division of Unaccompanied Minors.
Foster Care Links:
Licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to place children in foster and/or adoptive homes. Some programs receive partial funding from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
